The disclosure is also inspired by Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European Data Protection Authorities, meeting in the Group established by Art. 29 of Directive No. 95/46/EC, adopted on May 17, 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purposes of the connection.

Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

Purpose of Processing and Legal Basis.
The processing will also be carried out with the aid of computerized means for the following purposes:

Optional provision of data
Apart from what has been specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide the personal data indicated in the request forms or however indicated in contacts to solicit the sending of informative material or other communications.
Failure to provide them may result in the inability to obtain what has been requested.
Method of treatment
Data are collected, processed and stored mainly in magnetic, electronic and/or telematic media. In all cases, processing is carried out on the basis of formalized assignments prior to the start of the processing phase, and concurrently with adequate information and instruction on the security measures and procedures to be adopted to ensure an adequate level of security.
It should be noted that the data subject will not be subjected to any decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning him or her or significantly affects him or her in a similar way.
Personal data will be retained only as long as necessary for the continuation of the purposes for which they are collected, in accordance with the principle of minimization in Article 5.1.c) of the Privacy Regulations. Processing related to the web services of this site takes place at the Data Controller’s office and at a Server Farm located in Italy.
Communication and outreach

- consultants (tax, IT service providers…), specifically appointed for this purpose;
- any public authorities who request it or to whom it is necessary to communicate information in compliance with specific legal obligations;
- Companies that provide services to the Data Controller, functional to the performance of the activity provided.

The data collected and processed will not be disseminated, made available or given in consultation in any form to parties other than those specified in this notice and/or provided for in the Privacy Law, nor to unspecified parties.
Transfer of data abroad
The data provided by the users may be transferred outside the national territory in the context of the pursuit of the purposes indicated in this policy to companies belonging to the categories listed in the previous point, having their headquarters in countries belonging to the European Union or outside the European Union; in the latter case, a level of data protection adequate to the European one will be guaranteed. The regulations on third-party cookies remain unaffected and unaffected.
Rights of data subjects
