SECURE PAYMENTS

On our site you can make secure payments!
You can pay with all major credit and debit cards. The amount will be charged to the card at the time of shipment.
If you prefer, you can save your credit card information and purchase later without having to re-enter your information.
Security in the passage of personal and payment information is guaranteed by SSL/TLS certificates, which are present within the site.
In case the payment is not accepted, no charge is made.
We encourage you to try entering the data again, checking that it is correct, but if you have any problems, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@zoefashion.it.

SHIPMENTS

You will receive your order via standard tracked shipping.
Your order will be picked up by our warehouse within 2 working days, while delivery by the courier will take 5-8 working days depending on your location.

It is important to include all the necessary information: address and phone number, to avoid receiving the order late.
Choose an address where someone can always make the pickup.
Once the order is placed, you will not be able to change the delivery address.
Deliveries are made during office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
The courier will make 3 delivery attempts; after the third, the order will re-enter our warehouse.
In case of non-delivery, the courier will leave a note.

SHIPPING INFO

We currently ship to: Italy, San Marino, Vatican State.
It is not currently possible to choose a day and time for delivery of goods.
If your order is delayed, you can contact us at info@zoefashion.it indicating your order code and your issue.
In-store pickup is not possible for orders placed on our e-commerce.
During the holiday season, remember to order your items early!
